About Puppy Patch Kids

Hello and welcome to our "Puppy Patch!" My name is Tammy and I am a small family breeder of quality AKC and ACA Registered Shih Tzu puppies. Our "kids" are guaranteed to bring joy and happiness to your life! All they need is your love. We are located in Mansfield PA, close to the beautiful Pennsylvania Grand Canyon in Tioga County.

Our Breeding Standards

We breed our puppies to closely conform to the breed standards as established by the American Kennel Club and The American Shih Tzu Club. We do this by having healthy, high quality parents that closely conform to the breed standard. This not only includes the physical appearance, but also the wonderful temperment that Shih Tzu's are famous for! We do not line-breed or in-breed, ever. All our puppies come with at least a 3-generation pedigree to prove it.

About Show Dogs

Note: We do not breed "show" dogs, per se. There is no guarantee that any dog from any breeder will be "show quality". A champion show dog can come from almost any good quality sire and dam. We breed quality parents to produce quality puppies. Some of our puppies may be show quality, but it's impossible to guarantee.

About Shipping Puppies

We do not ship puppies, period. We feel that it is not healthy or safe for the puppy. We also expect to meet or talk with all potential owners. We only want our puppies to go to the most loving and safe homes that are best suited for Shih Tzus.
