Limited Registration / No Shelter Terms

The above puppy is sold on a "Limited Registration" basis, unless otherwise noted. This means that the puppy should not be bred, and any puppies whelped from an unauthorized breeding may not be allowed registration for pedigree purposes (papers). Our breeding program is designed to produce sound puppies that enhance the breed. Unauthorized breeding compromises this program, and can ultimately hurt the breed.

Also, if for any reason this dog must be surrendered to a shelter (ASPCA, etc.) then we insist that the dog be returned (at owners loss) to us instead, for placement by us into a good home. We don’t want any of our dogs to end up in a shelter.
