Health Guarantee and Sales Contract

The puppy has been raised under sanitary conditions, and to the best of my knowledge is in good health, and is guaranteed free from any / all communicable disease at time of purchase, as certified by veterinary exam.

Said puppy is of sound temperament and is further guaranteed against all genetic defects (congenital disease) for a period of 3 years. Umbilical Hernias are typical to the breed and are not life threatening and as such are not covered under this guarantee.

Buyer must take the newly purchased dog to a licensed veterinarian for examination within 10 days of purchase. If a veterinarian determines, within 10 days of purchase the puppy is found to be sufficiently medically unsound as to warrant return, buyer shall notify seller within 2 business days of a veterinarian's certification of the dog's illness, defect etc. You must notify the seller of the name, address and telephone number of the examining veterinarian. Failure to notify the seller within 2 business days will result in forfeiture of rights. We reserve the right to have our veterinarian confirm the medical problem. In which case if confirmed, another puppy of equal value shall replace the puppy. Seller will not be liable for any veterinary expenses, which are accrued by buyer.

Seller cannot or does not guarantee adult size or show quality of said puppy. Puppy is AKC or ACA registered, and has had 1^st deworming, 1^st shots, and a Veterinary Exam.

Seller shall provide at the time of sale: the name and registration number of the dam and sire, and the name and address of the pedigree registry organization where the dam and sire are registered, and any applicable registration papers.

Any future claims against this establishment, based on subsequent development of pathological nature, and which are traceable to genetic and/or congenital pre-existence, shall be evaluated based upon the degree of dogs physical incapacity resulting there from in addition to its ability to continue to serve the purpose for which it was intended (i.e.: family pet).

Other than the terms stated above, seller makes no further guarantees.
